Refund policy

At NURY, every piece is crafted with precision and passion. We want you to love what you wear — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product must have all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong size, or wrong item received.

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or altered in any way.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Email us at business@nury.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
The product must be shipped back within 3 working days after approval.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for size replacements of the same product (subject to stock availability).
If the requested size is unavailable, you can opt for store credit or a refund as per the refund policy below.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (based on your choice).
Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at business@nury.in with photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
